Update (August 2, 1200hrs GMT+8): The price and availability of the Vertu Ti Ferrari have been updated.
Vertu just announced the launch of a new limited-edition Android-powered handset, the Vertu Ti Ferrari. This is a collaborative effort between Ferrari and only 2013 (presumably to coincide with the year) sets will be produced.

Taking design cues from Ferrari's F12berlinetta, the handset is covered in leather from the car's interior and its metal parts are protected by a Diamond Like Coating (DLC), not unlike that of Ferrari's engine components. The phone also features a Ferrari app that has everything you can find about the car-maker, from exclusive content and a home-screen clock inspired by the supercar to unique ringtones and wallpapers.
The app makes it easier to access content and provides updates to the latest Ferrari news.

The Vertu Ti Ferrari will be available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia and the Philippines. The phone is now retailing in Singapore at S$20,800 (US$16,309).
